Updates on COVID-19

Mar 16, 2020 - Ballard Brands

Dear friends & customers of Ballard Brands,

In compliance with new regulations announced by state and health officials to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Ballard Brands stores and restaurants will move to drive-thru, pick-up, and delivery service only with plans to reopen on April 13 unless otherwise directed by health and state officials. These services will be available during normal business hours and vary per location. Our roasting facility remains open and continues to limit access to key facility team members.

Effective today, Monday, March 16, the Ballard Brands office is closed to all visitors. We plan to reopen the office to visitors on April 13. We will remain fully operational with staff present or working remotely and available by phone or email during regular office hours 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday.

We will continue to follow the guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as our state and local officials, to continue to minimize the impact of COVID-19 within our restaurants and stores.

Our employees are regularly washing their hands, abiding by CDC guidelines of using anti-bacterial soap, washing for at least 20 seconds, and using disposable paper towels or touchless hand dryers where available to dry hands. We have also increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in all locations. We are actively instructing sick employees to stay at home and seek medical attention where appropriate.

For the most up-to-date information, we recommend following our social media channels for each restaurant or brand. We appreciate your continued support.

Sincerely,
The Ballard Brands Family
