PJ Morton, New Orleans Native and keyboardist for hit band Maroon 5, partnered with PJ’s Coffee to announce the launch of his new Mixtape, Bounce & Soul Volume 1, available for purchase via iTunes on Friday, March 25th.
To celebrate the launch, PJ’s Coffee hosted a private mixtape listening party on Wednesday, March 23rd at the Roasting Facility to give media and local VIPs a sneak peek of PJ’s new signature sound and learn more about the exciting partnership.PJ Morton also worked with the PJ’s team to select 45 coffeehouse locations throughout Louisiana to distribute free copies of the mixtape one day before its official launch (Thursday, March 24th).
PJ hosted two meet-and-greets on the 24th at the Magazine and Maple Street coffeehouse locations to encourage fans to visit PJ’s Coffee and receive signed copies of his mixtape.As a final celebration, PJ’s Coffee and Morton Records (PJ’s Record Label) hosted a welcome home/birthday celebration concert for PJ Morton on Friday, March 25th at the Howlin’ Wolf.
