PJ's Coffee Opens at Hilton Cabana Miami Beach

A coffeehouse founded in New Orleans has spilled into the Sunshine State with the opening of its first Florida location in Miami Beach.PJ's Coffee on April 1 made its local debut at the Hilton Cabana hotel The chain now has 91 locations across seven U.S. states and Vietnam. It serves up hot, iced and frozen coffee drinks as well as teas and pastries.

Phyllis Jordan founded PJ's Coffee in 1978 and in 2008, the company was purchased by New Orleans natives and brothers Paul, Steven and Scott Ballard. The company expects to reach 100 locations this year.
